We have a family space, a young children's room and a sensory facility for neurodiverse/anxious children.

Established in 2008 at Joymount Church, we moved to the brand new YMCA building at Irish Quarter West a few years later. In February 2022, following refurbishment of the Georgian building, we opened our bespoke facility at 13 West Street - the only child contact centre in Northern Ireland to be open five days a week, with distinct spaces for different ages of children and a professional sensory room.

Our services

As a registered charity, we provide our services free of charge to all our service users.

We provide SUPPORTED contact facilites ONLY. We do not supervise families utilising our facilities, and we do not provide reports to other family members, referrers or other agencies unless we identify a safeguarding concern.

Anyone is welcome to seek a referral to our centre. Referrals will only be accepted by use of our referral form, via solicitors, courts or social services. Upon receipt of a referral, our staff will make contact with the referred parties to arrange a mandatory, individual pre-assement visit at our centre.
